The relevance of data for economy is growing, in fact We can speak about a Data-driven economy. Nevertheless, the use of massive data (Big Data) and Algorithms is helping to the development of services, including private and public administration services. In this context it is very relevant to know the legal framework applicable to the us of Big Data and Algorithms, and the challenges for digital and fundamental rights derived from the use of Big Data and Algorithms.
