The right to healthy food
This course is about the right to healthy food from an International Law point of view. It deals with the right to adequate food under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, with the concepts of food security and food sovereignty, as well as with the right to health under the International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights in its relation to food, and it tackles some of the challenges to the right to adequate food
