Module II. New Technologies and New Rights. Lesson 5. Blockchain

Blockchain, born in the cryptocurrency world is today one of the actual emerging technologies which can be use in a lot of services and spheres, including commercial relations, Public Administration services and procedures. But there is no a clear legal framework in general, and we are living in the development of this technology. The aim in this Video-class presentation is to develop an overview on the actual situation of the Blockchain technology and the challenges for fundamental rights of the blockchain development.
