Ana Sánchez, a student at UNED, is a huge cinema enthusiast. To enjoy a film, she requires it to have subtitles or for the theater to be equipped with an induction loop (magnetic loop). She also uses the induction loop to communicate via her mobile phone, though she primarily interacts with others through instant messaging apps.
She wishes that radio programs were available in text format. Additionally, smart home technologies (digital home) make her feel safer and more comfortable when she is at home.
