Eye-Tracking in User Modeling: examples and results

Visto: 64 veces

In this talk I will give examples from the research we have conducted in our laboratory on the value of using eye-tracking data to build user models for a variety of user states and traits. Our research indicates that eye-tracking data is a very promising source of information for user-modeling, as it can give important insights on user properties ranging from emotions, to learning to long-term cognitive abilities such as perceptual speed.
