Robot Localization using Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons RSSI measures

The use of wireless technology is common in Indoor Localization Systems (IPS). Many systems has been proposed with Wi-Fi, Ultra Wide Band (UWB), ZigBee, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) or Bluetooth. There is a specification of the latter, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), that is characterized by its low power consumption and great popularity and result in systems of low cost and size.
Beacons BLE are radio emitters, generally powered by a button battery, that send
an identifier periodically.
