Financing the green and digital transition in the EU Budget
The EU economy is undergoing the unprecedented transformations. Given a broad consensus on the priorities of the European economic growth model, based on ecological and digital transitions, as well as the need to improve the economic and social resilience of the Union, we analyze the Next Generation EU and the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 agreements on financing and investments, with a special focus on SMEs.
