UNED Induction Plan: Design and Development under an integral approach
Prospective and new students in distance and online learning need more specific support to be successfully integrated into the system. Distance Education institutions should invest high efforts to offer high-quality induction programs. In this presentation, we comment on how UNED Induction Program was developed and its main features and achievements.
