A 3-year project that supports a group of 11 Vietnamese HEIs to develop high-quality Digital Education, as part of the modernisation of Higher Education promoted by the Vietnam government in which the UNED participates institutionally as a partner through the Vicerrectorate of Internationalisation and Multilingüalism, the UNESCO Chair in Distance Education (CUED) and the UNED School of Computer Engineering.
